In a viral video, which has so far amassed more than 138,000 views, she shared a photo of herself before and after dropping weight.

At the beginning of the clip, she said: ‘I lost 10 pounds this month eating pasta every single day.’

She then showed viewers a photo of herself in October, followed by a snap of her toned body in November.

‘My whole life I have been told carbs are bad and they make you fat, which made me restrict pasta, pizza, cookies, ice cream and everything I love,’ she said.

‘This made me develop an eating disorder because I’m such a perfectionist – I’ve been binging on these foods and these foods would make me gain weight.’

Anastasiia noted that she decided to ‘hack the system’ by eating the foods that made her gain weight every day in hopes that her brain would stop considering them ‘bad.’

She added: ‘Instead of restricting those foods, I started eating them every single day so my brain would finally chill and be like, “Okay, we can have it every single day.”‘

Since the model was feeding her cravings every day, she said it stopped her overeating.

‘I just eat exactly the amount that I want and I just don’t crave it anymore, like I don’t need to binge on the whole pot that I cooked.

‘I’m eating pasta and using those beautiful carbs for my workouts and somehow I just started losing weight so much faster.’

At the end of the clip, Anastasiia explained that food wasn’t the cause of weight gain — adding that everything is about moderation.

‘It’s not the food to blame, it’s the amount of those products,’ she said.

Anastasiia captioned the clip: ‘No, I’m not just bloated on the first picture. Yes, I keep eating what I love & losing weight. Healing is not easy but I’m better every month.’
