It’s quite easy to eat healthily at home. You can control what goes into your meals, like how much oil or butter is used. It’s much more difficult to control what you’re consuming when eating out.
If you’d rather not carry a Tupperware full of meal prep with you each and every time you go out, you’re going to need options. With so many places to eat in and around the city, it can be difficult to know which places are best to go for a healthy, filling, yet tasty meal.
If you fancy a meal out, but don’t want to worry about the calories, here is a list of the healthiest places to eat in Liverpool city centre and beyond – without compromising on the flavour.
