It offers a “safer, simpler way to find a therapist, counselor or coach committed to collective liberation and healing: Racial, 2SLGBTQIA+, Neurodivergence, and Disability Justice.”
BIPOC Voices from Mental Health America
Hearing the stories of others who get what you’re feeling—or have been where you have been—is powerful. That’s why we love this resource from Mental Health America featuring blog posts and videos from BIPOC youth who are powerfully sharing their personal stories and experiences.
