CHARLOTTE – HopeWay has launched new programs serving teens with mental health disorders as well as teens and young adults with eating disorders in an east Charlotte development called Oakhurst Commons.The nonprofit mental health treatment organization operates these programs in an 18,716 square-foot space at 4014 Monroe Road.
