Lisa Rinna attends an Oscars viewing party on Feb. 24, 2019 in Los Angeles.

After her daughters opened up about their mental health journeys, Lisa Rinna is examining her own relationship with food.

On the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” reunion that aired Tuesday, Rinna acknowledged her relationship with food could have contributed to younger daughter Amelia Gray Hamlin’s eating disorder.

Bravo host Andy Cohen asked Rinna about her daughter’s anorexia revelation during the reunion.

“We’ve seen you become defensive when anyone ever questions your – whether you have an issue (with food),” Cohen said. “Do you think there’s anything she picked up from watching whatever your relationship is with food or with your body?”

“Probably, yeah,” Rinna, 56, responded. “Do I have any food issues? I probably do ‘cause I’m in this business.”

Lisa Rinna and her daughters Delilah Belle Hamlin, left, and Amelia Gray Hamlin arrive at the Daily Front Row's Fashion Los Angeles Awards on April 8, 2018, in Beverly Hills, Calif.

“Do you think you’re addicted to exercise?” Cohen asked.

“No, I don’t,” she responded. “I think I probably work out three, four, five times a week, depending on my schedule.

“I’m just consistent,” she continued, “but I’ve been the same weight ever since I was… 20.  I mean, I’m not bulimic, I don’t believe I’m anorexic. We’ve talked about it, I’ve gone to therapy. So, I can’t blame myself, but again, I blame myself.”

Amelia, 18, got personal in a February episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” revealing how difficult her struggles with anorexia have been.

“No matter how many deaths anorexia causes, no matter how much blindness, no matter how much hair loss, all I cared about was the skinniness,” she told her mother. “It’s hard.”

Rinna’s older daughter Delilah Belle, 21, recently addressed her own mental health challenges on social media.

Delilah revealed on her Instagram story July 19 she left New York in February, where she’d been attending NYU, and entered a rehabilitation facility for mental health reasons.

Delilah wrote she shared her story “because it could help at least one person struggling with anxiety and or depression.”

Rinna applauded both of her children for their candor in her own Instagram Story earlier this week. “I am in awe of how brave and courageous they are!”
