Saykoji, a rapper and producer who is known for his witty and humorous lyrics, has recently revealed his personal journey of overcoming emotional eating and losing 35 kilograms in eight months. He shared his story on his social media accounts, inspiring many of his fans and followers.

Emotional eating is a term that describes the tendency to eat in response to negative emotions, such as stress, anger, sadness or boredom. It is a common coping mechanism that can lead to overeating, weight gain and health problems.

In a video that he posted online, Saykoji admitted that he used to be an emotional eater who ate a lot to deal with his inner pain. He said that he did not smoke and spent most of his time at home watching movies and playing games, which made him more prone to binge eating.

The 40-year-old, who has also acted in numerous hit movies like 5 cm, said that he decided to change his lifestyle after realizing that he was obese and unhappy with his appearance.

“What happened was I changed the way I live. Not because I only focused on weight loss or fat loss. What I did was repeating the simple boring things so I turned them into a habit,” he shared in the video.

“I slowly changed myself into a bad version of me all these years. So it also takes slow progress to turn it back. I’m taking my time, being consistent, and I’m changing my habits. It’s been eight months, and I’ve lost 35 kg.”

Saykoji said that he was motivated by his wife, who supported him throughout his transformation.

Saykoji’s story serves as a reminder that there is no instant solution to healthy living. Many have praised him online for teaching people to set realistic goals and be consistent in their weight loss journeys.
